Rumanian Mixed Vegetables



Ingrédients

- 2 medium potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes 
- 2 medium carrots, sliced 
- 8oz. green beans, cut into 1 inch pieces 
- 2 medium onions, chopped 
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped 
- 2 tablespoons oil 
- 4 tomatoes, chopped 
- 2 cups cauliflowerets 
- 1 stalk celery, sliced 
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves 
- 1/4 teaspoon ground marjoram 
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper 
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced 
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped

Préparation
Heat 1 inch water to boiling in a 3-quart saucepan. Add potatoes, carrots and beans. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes; drain. In a 10- inch skillet, cook onions and garlic in oil over medium heat until almost tender. Add tomatoes, caulifowerets, celery, salt, thyme, marjoram and pepper. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
