Meatballs



Ingredients

2 pounds lean hamburger
1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon vinegar
4 slices soft bread
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 large onion, chopped
Salt and pepper, curry, to taste

Preparation
1. Mix all ingredients and form into walnut-size balls
2. Flour them lightly and brown in oil
3. Add to spaghetti sauce. Simmer meatballs and sauce 20 minutes. Add water if needed
