Cornish Pastries



Ingredients

Flaky pastry or approx.
20 oz package of bought pastry,
8 oz (250g) raw minced beef),
4 oz diced raw potato (1 medium size),
1 small onion, chopped,
1 tsp. salt a pinch of pepper

Preparation
Mix the ingredients apart from the pastry. Roll pastry to about 1/8 inch thick. Using a large plate, cut pastry into 4 circles. Place a quarter of the filling on each, damp the edges, and fold over. Pinch the join to seal pastry, and cut small air holes on the sides. Bake at 400 F for 30-40 minutes.
