Pancakes



Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 egg
1 c. lactose-free milk, soy or other vegetal milk,
3 tbsp. corn oil
8 oz. lactose-free yogurt
1/4 c. honey 1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. fine oat
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation
1. Beat egg and egg whites with a wire whisk until frothy. 2. Add milk, corn oil, honey, yogurt and vanilla and beat until blended. 3. Add flour, bran, baking powde, baking soda and salt; beat until blended.
4. For each pancake, 3 tablespoons of batter onto hot, lightly greased griddle. Medium heat, turn once.
